I asked Janessa if she wanted to be in The Princess And The Pea....she said what? We had just finished the book the night before, so she said yes. We went down on Monday and she tried out. There were 90 kids and 50 kids made it! She was one of them with the part of a Dust Bunny! Five days later here she is with the makeup on. After dress rehearsal she asked me if she could ask them when she could take the costume off. They said after the first show. She said mom we had a break during rehearsal waiting for our turn on stage and it was really wonderful that we were able to get a drink but I could not reach the drinking fountain.....i.e. it was O'Leary Junior High. I said how about a bathroom break....she said why I cannot take this costume off! It was truly a learning experience for her but after it was all over she said she really enjoyed it! She is the second one from the left front row!
She is the second one from the left back row!
Here is the whole cast.
Here is a short video. This is the first video I have ever tried. This was during dress rehearsal!
Ken and I were married on 8/21/1999 in the canyon at Blue Lakes Country Club with a horse carriage and deer in the background. We just flew by 10 years. The best years of my life. We have two beautiful girls Janessa and Mia. I enjoy family and friends. We love our four cats, Amber our wonderful family dog, and the newest addition Molly. Of course the fish too but you will have to ask Janessa all of their names as I often forget.
The outgoing one, adorable, friendly, loves everyone, worrier (just like mom), caring, thoughtful, smart, determined, likes her way, and loves to read!
MIA
The shy one, quiet, caring, thoughtful, adorable, story teller, shopper, and santizer/phone girl!
