Grandpa passed away this evening. The girls were so upset. We enjoyed grandpa two weeks ago with all the smiles for Grandma's birthday. They did not want to let Nana or Grandma sleep alone tonight. .....We love Grandpa dearly and will cherish every memory of him!
Mia and I made Clara a cake for her birthday. It was supposed to be a pig but I grabbed the wrong frosting that was lemon instead of white to make it pink. So I told Mia it was a dirty pig. She thought that was funny! We all went to lunch at Canyon Crest. We had a wonderful time with Clara as she is so much like family to us!
Aunt Sandy sent these adorable shirts for the girls. They loved them. They spent their money at the dollar store on babies and stickers! THANK YOU AUNT SANDY!
I missed school Valentine's Day party pictures. Mia had her party on the 12th and Janessa on the 13th. They both had a wonderful time. Janessa did not want her pictures taken!!
Grandma turns 79 but of course it is 29!!! Us girls (Nana, Janessa, Mia, and I) made grandma a cake. It was a heart cake. We put candles in it and we pretended to light them at the nursing home. We sang happy birthday really loud! Janessa kept saying "Grandma make a wish!" Grandma and Janessa..... Grandma, Janessa, and Mia........ Grandpa was so happy today. He just kept smiling. It was so refreshing to see. I think I might have drove him nuts with the cameras. But they are an adorable couple!!! He kept trying to say something to me and I could not understand, but then I caught it and it was if I was going to put the girls in martial arts.....:). I said probably not just Janessa in cheer and Mia in gymnastics! Here is grandma, grandpa, Janessa, Mia, and Nana....... I love this picture. He is really happy! Grandma, Grandpa, me and the girls......
Ken and I were married on 8/21/1999 in the canyon at Blue Lakes Country Club with a horse carriage and deer in the background. We just flew by 10 years. The best years of my life. We have two beautiful girls Janessa and Mia. I enjoy family and friends. We love our four cats, Amber our wonderful family dog, and the newest addition Molly. Of course the fish too but you will have to ask Janessa all of their names as I often forget.
The outgoing one, adorable, friendly, loves everyone, worrier (just like mom), caring, thoughtful, smart, determined, likes her way, and loves to read!
MIA
The shy one, quiet, caring, thoughtful, adorable, story teller, shopper, and santizer/phone girl!
